Over 32 years’ experiences Yingde has been involved in steel ball industry for 32 years and accumulated abundant working techniques and innovations in steel ball manufacturing, which is precious wealth of the company and enables the company to produce stable and very high-quality products through excellent process control and management. 4. Excellent control of steel ball surface quality When two factories use the same machines to produce balls, will the quality of balls be the same? The answer is “no”, especially for the surface quality of steel balls. Based on 32 years’ manufacturing experiences, Yingde has good know-how to protect the surface of steel balls during different working process, which makes us differenciate from other steel ball factories in China. 

5. Stable staff Most of the management and operators have been serving for the company over 15 years. Staff flow is very low in the past years. Well-trained and experienced operators contribute a lot to stable quality of products. 

6. Roller gauges Except 100% visual control of finished balls, Yingde uses roller machines to 100% inspect the surface quality of balls under 4.763mm – we do one more process!
