Application: AISI302 is Austenitic Stainless steel, offers excellent corrosion resistance in organic, acid, oxidizing, food environment, etc. The light magnetic properties combined with exceptionally high thoughness at all temperatures make these steels an excellent selection for many application, such as cosmetics industry and food industry. Corrosion resistance is higher after annealing and passivation. No recomanded for sulphuric or halogen acid. AISI304 Stainless Steel has lower carbon content than AISI302 Stainless Steel, both balls are slightly magnetic.
AISI316 stainless steel ball
Application: AISI316 is Austenitic Stainless steel, offers excellent corrosion resistance in organic, acid, oxidizing, food environment, etc. The non-magnetic properties combined with exceptionally high thoughness at all temperatures make these steels an excellent selection for all application. AISI316 with the addition of molybdenum improves corrosion resistance particularly to sulphuric acid compounds. AISI316Lhas the same properties as AISI316, except that it has lower carbon content.
